What is Love, Effie?

Love, Effie is a monthly snail-mail subscription centered around music and the feeling of discovering something beautiful.

Each month, I create a small collection inspired by a mood, a season, a song, or a feeling. Then I send it to you through real mail.

It is part playlist club, part art mail, part pen-pal letter, and part creative ritual.

Every envelope is packed by hand and made to feel personal — like something a friend would have made for you back in the day.

Each Love, Effie envelope includes:

A monthly playlist

A curated playlist to listen to while you make, rest, clean, write, drive, cry a little, romanticize your life, or overthink the positives (or negatives. I love a good sad song.)

A letter from Effie

A note about the theme, the music, the art, the season, or whatever feeling inspired the month's collection.

A 5x7 art print

A new Love, Effie print created to go with one of the tracks of the month.

ACEO (2x3 in trading card)

An artist trading card to collect, display, or share with fellow art lovers.

A little handmade thing (or two)

A small surprise like a mini print, sticker, paper good, quote card, creative prompt, or tiny something made with care.

Mailbox joy

Real mail that is not a bill, not junk, and not another notification.

Each month is a little different, but every envelope is made with music, art, nostalgia, and softness in mind. *Some months may have adult themes or explicit music

Timeline

The first collection closes September 10. Love, Effie is officially open for founding members. If you join by September 10, you'll receive the very first Love, Effie envelope. After the cutoff, I'll finalize the playlist, order and prepare the prints, write the letters, pack everything by hand, and send the first mail drop in late September.

First cutoff: September 10.

After the first launch, the monthly cutoff is usually the 10th. If you join after the cutoff, your first envelope will be the next month's collection.

  • Yes. You can send Love, Effie to someone else by using their shipping address at checkout.
  • Since mail can occasionally get lost or bent, please contact me if something arrives damaged. I'll do my best to help depending on the situation and available extras.
  • No. Each month will have a new playlist, art print, letter, and small collection of mail. The format will stay familiar, but the theme, music, art, and extras may change.
